Our First Day Evaluation is designed to ensure every dog is a safe, comfortable, and appropriate fit for our structured daycare environment. During this process, we carefully assess each dog’s temperament, social skills, play style, stress levels, and overall comfort in a group setting.
Using our P.E.C. System (Play • Enrichment • Care), we evaluate how your dog responds to structured play, mental stimulation, rest periods, and supervised socialization.
During the evaluation, we focus on:
Social behavior with dogs and staff
Play style and energy level
Comfort in a daycare setting
Ability to rest and regulate
Overall safety and group compatibility
Our goal is to create the safest and most positive experience possible for every dog in our care.
This evaluation helps us determine the best group placement and ensures your dog can thrive in our balanced daycare program.
Please note: First‑day evaluations are by appointment only to ensure every dog receives personalized attention and a calm, structured introduction to our daycare environment.
💉 Vaccination Requirements
To maintain a safe, healthy environment for all dogs in our care, all daycare
participants must be up to date on required vaccinations before attending.
Required Vaccines:
Rabies Certification
Copy of Town Dog License Tag
Distemper / DHPP
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Negative fecal test (within a year)
Important:
Vaccination records must be submitted prior to your dog’s first visit and kept current at all times.
These requirements help protect the health and safety of every dog in our daycare while supporting a clean, responsible environment.
