Frequently Asked Questions

Dogs go through different stages throughout their lives, and we will always be honest with you about where your dog is in their journey. There may be times when a dog needs extra training outside of daycare, or when we recommend reducing their attendance to allow for more rest during a growth phase. In some cases, we may discover that daycare isn’t the right fit, or that an older dog is ready to spend less time here—and that’s completely okay. While these conversations can sometimes be difficult or disappointing, every decision we make is based on what’s best for your pup. We truly care for them as part of our extended family.

  • Doggy daycare provides dogs with safe socialization, structured exercise, mental stimulation, and professional care while you’re away. A well-designed daycare program helps reduce boredom, anxiety, destructive behaviors, and excess energy while supporting healthier social skills and emotional balance.

Our P.E.C. System (Play • Enrichment • Care) goes beyond traditional daycare by combining supervised play, engaging enrichment activities, and essential rest and care periods. This balanced approach helps dogs stay active, mentally fulfilled, and well-regulated throughout the day.

Doggy daycare isn’t just about keeping dogs busy—it’s about supporting their overall wellbeing through structure, safety, and purposeful care.

  • When your dog participates in structured daycare, you gain:

    • Peace of mind

    • Professional supervision

    • Improved social development

    • A reliable daily routine

  • We usually group dogs by size and energy level to create play yards that suit a wide range of breeds, play styles, and needs. At times, we may also have mixed yards with both large and small dogs. Because we get to know your dogs very well, we’re able to carefully choose which dogs will be a good match to play together.

  • Our facility features a fully climate-controlled indoor play area, providing a comfortable environment year-round with heating during the winter months and air conditioning throughout the summer.

  • We are not breed-specific. We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and backgrounds.

That said, every dog’s safety and comfort is our top priority. We focus on each dog’s individual temperament, behavior, and ability to be in a group setting rather than judging based on breed alone. All dogs must be friendly, manageable, and a good fit for our environment.

Our goal is to create a safe, positive experience for every dog in our care.

  • Dogs are cared for in a structured, supervised environment at all times. While no group setting can offer a full guarantee, our team is always present, keeping a close eye on play and stepping in when needed.

We take the time to get to know each dog’s personality so they can be matched with compatible playmates and feel comfortable in the group. Before joining daycare, every dog completes an interview and behavioral evaluation to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone.

  • We believe dog daycare should be more than a place for dogs to “burn energy.”

It should be a thoughtfully designed experience that supports:

    • Healthy play

    • Mental stimulation

    • Emotional balance

    • Proper care

  • You can reach us anytime via our phone number or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
